SportBoost AI Inc. ("SportBoost AI", "we", "us") operates the JumpBoost mobile application (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect through JumpBoost, how we use it, and how you can access, correct, or delete it. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information described here.
When you create a JumpBoost account, we collect your name and email address through Firebase Authentication (email/password or Google Sign-In). This identifies your account and secures access to your data.
Jump results you record — height, date, and any athlete/player profiles you create to organize them — are stored in our database (Google Firebase Firestore), tied to your account.
To measure a jump, JumpBoost uses your device's camera. Video frames are analyzed on your device using on-device pose-detection technology to calculate jump metrics — this footage is not uploaded to or stored on our servers. Any recorded video you choose to keep for review stays in local storage on your device, under your control.
JumpBoost Pro purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made and its status; we never see or store your payment card details.
Like most apps, we receive limited technical data via Google Play Services when errors occur — such as device IP address, device model, operating system version, and the time of the event — to help us diagnose and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your jump or video data for advertising.
JumpBoost relies on the following service providers to operate. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us, under their own privacy policies:

We keep your account and jump data for as long as your account is active, so your history stays available across devices. If you delete your account (see below), your data is removed as described there. Diagnostic data collected through Google Play Services is retained only as long as needed to investigate and resolve technical issues.
You are always in control of your data, and you can permanently delete it at any time. We offer two ways to do this:
This permanently and immediately deletes your account, all recorded jumps, and all athlete/player profiles from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
If you'd rather not use the in-app option, or need help with a related request, email info@sportboost.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We'll confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
JumpBoost is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. Contact us at info@sportboost.ai if you believe this has happened.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including those provided by Google Firebase, to protect your information. That said, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be highlighted within the app.
